an easy chair,
not always the promise of an easy life
it only guarantees your paycheck will
always be on time
the souls in your seat they fit like a glove
their chair is crippled, old doesn't fit
is like that old glove
your chair,
it cannot be touched, and they're waitin'
for those gloves to come off
and when they do,
your chair won't feel as easy as it should
